  • Own and lead a team of 4-5 Implementation Engineers and drive delivery of Chatbots, consumption, and adoption

  • Work with the Customer Success team on the deployment & continuous improvements of chatbots

  • Design solutions for clients that solve their business goals

  • Work with clients from requirement gathering, dependency identification, and closure along with the documentation required at different stages of the project

  • Work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the projects are delivered on time

  • Clearly communicate project deliverables, timelines, status, and dependencies on a regular basis

  • Provide clear direction to the Implementation team on the bot's scope and run scrums and sprints with them

  • Plan out a development roadmap for the implementation engineers 

  • Provide relevant insights to the Product team for further improvement

  • Find Upsell opportunities with the Customer Success team and make the proposals as required

  • Work with the Business Development on proposals for prospective clients


  • 8+ Years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT Domain

  • Previous experience in Services IT, Consumer Products, SaaS etc.

  • Prior leadership experience and have led a team for at least 2-3 years

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering

  • Technical prowess and have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, making them easily understandable to a variety of end users. Understanding of platforms like Voice, Chatbots, Android, iOS, Web etc.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Self-driven, Multi-tasker, Comfortable with a fast-paced environment

  • Able to adjust in dynamic and ambiguous environment

Plus Signs

  • Previous experience in Chatbots / AI / SaaS domain

  • Experience working in Startup
